ATTACK ON THE HILLSIDE ORDINANCE
The Richmond Planning Department & the developer are working together to continue to rush Canyon Oaks 2 (CO2) to approval- unnoticed by the affected surrounding community. We must attend each city council meeting (620-6581) to speak using Public Forum (Brown Act- turn in a speaker form before the item is called) addressing this illegitimate attempt to negate the Hillside Ordinance by precedent. Otherwise, the next applicant (Forest Green, Clark Rd. and others) will simply point to CO2 and say, "You cannot say No to us now."
